1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Game of Life website, services, and programme offerings. By accessing this site or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in the Game of Life programme.
3. Programme Access
Upon payment of your deposit or subscription fee, you will receive access to the Game of Life digital platform, including:
•Weekly live sessions
•Bi-weekly coaching calls
•Replay portalAny included tools, downloads, or resources
•Access is for individual use only and must not be shared or distributed.
4. Payment Terms
The monthly subscription is €249/month for a 6-month period.
A non-refundable €99 deposit is required to join the waitlist and secure your place. Payment is processed via Stripe or an approved third-party processor. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
The €99 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Once your monthly subscription has begun, you are committed to the full 6-month term. No partial refunds will be issued for missed sessions or early withdrawal.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials shared in the programme — including videos, worksheets, audio files and session recordings — are the intellectual property of Orla Conneely and Game of Life. They may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
7. Confidentiality & Community Guidelines
We are building a supportive, safe space. All participants agree to respect the privacy of others in the group and maintain confidentiality. Disrespectful or abusive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the programme without refund.
8. Disclaimer
The Game of Life programme is educational and transformational in nature. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, wellbeing and outcomes throughout the process.
9. Limitation of Liability
Game of Life and Orla Conneely are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or results arising from your participation in the programme or use of this website.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or programme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
